Two interconnected events took place in Bydgoszcz: the international scientific conference Secret Garden of Hematology – Young Edition and MedUpdate’26 Bydgoszcz, bringing together specialists from various fields of medicine.

Among the speakers were representatives of our Department, Bartosz Brzoszczyk, MD, PhD, and Bartosz Roś, MD.

🔹 Bartosz Brzoszczyk, MD, PhD, delivered a lecture entitled “Fertility Disorders in Men Undergoing Oncohematological Treatment” as part of a session dedicated to fertility and pregnancy in oncohematology.

🔹 Bartosz Roś, MD, discussed fertility preservation (oncofertility) in patients with hematological malignancies.

The participation of our Department’s representatives in both events provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience, while highlighting the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration between urology, andrology, and hemato-oncology.
