On 3–5 June 2026, Damian Peterson, MD, from the Department of Urology, Dr. Jan Biziel University Hospital No. 2 in Bydgoszcz, attended the international Challenges in Laparoscopy & Robotics congress held in Rome, Italy. The meeting brought together leading experts in laparoscopic and robotic surgery from around the world. The scientific programme focused on the latest advances in urological oncology, reconstructive procedures, and minimally invasive surgical techniques. Participation in the congress provided an excellent opportunity to broaden clinical knowledge, exchange experience with internationally recognised centres, and gain insight into the latest developments in robotic urology.
