Last week, on September 26-27, training in advanced laparoscopy took place in Bassano dell Grappa as part of the ESU-ESUT Masterclass on Laparoscopy organized by the European School of Urology (ESU). The distinguished group of specialists conducting this international event also included dr Marcin Jarzemski and dr n. med. Bartosz Brzoszczyk from our Clinic.

During the workshops, participants could go through urological treatment techniques step by step and learn how to deal with more difficult cases and perioperative complications. Additionally, the training was enriched with ‘live’ surgeries and a practical part including advanced exercises on laparoscopic trainers.

The course was a veritable compendium of knowledge about urological laparoscopy. We are glad that the Urology Clinic team had the opportunity to participate in such an event, sharing their own experience and contributing to further education of urology students.
