On 14–15 November 2025, Bydgoszcz hosted the Symposium of the North-West Branch of the Polish Urological Association, providing an excellent opportunity for knowledge exchange and discussion of key directions in modern urology.
The event began with the 6th Urology BootCamp, an intensive hands-on training for junior residents. Participants trained individually with tutors, performing essential urological procedures on dedicated simulators. The one-to-one format once again proved highly effective and highlighted the educational value of the BootCamp.
The lecture program addressed modern treatment techniques and their complications, offered practical insights into the role of urology in combat and military medicine, and discussed challenges of everyday outpatient practice, including urinary tract infections, hormonal disturbances, and management of neurogenic bladder. The diversity of topics and the involvement of both experienced specialists and residents contributed to a rich and engaging scientific dialogue.
The Symposium also included the general assembly and the welcoming of new members to the Association.
We thank all participants for their commitment and valuable discussions.
