Bartosz Brzoszczyk, MD, PhD, FEBU-certified urologist and clinical andrologist (PTA, EAA), from the Department of Urology at Dr. Jan Biziel University Hospital No. 2 in Bydgoszcz, has completed a one-week fellowship at the Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza” – one of the oldest and most prestigious medical universities in Europe.
During his stay, he collaborated with the Testis Unit (TU) team – a multidisciplinary unit specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of testicular diseases, including tumors. The project brings together experts in andrology, endocrinology, urology, oncology, radiotherapy, pathology, and clinical psychology, providing comprehensive and integrated patient care.
This experience was highly inspiring and allowed for broadening both clinical and scientific knowledge in the field of andrology and seminology, as well as for observing firsthand how one of the best-organized andrology teams in Europe operates in practice.
