After the undoubted organizational success and positive reception from participants, tutors and the European School of Urology of the first edition of Urology Boot Camp, we would like to invite 1-2 year urology residents to the next edition of this event, which, like last year, will take place in Bydgoszcz on October 20th 2023.

Due to the great interest in participation last year, during the current edition we are increasing the number of places, tutors and positions from 12 to 16.

We would like to emphasize that participation in the course is free.

The order of applications is decisive. First-year residents have priority in enrollment.

Urology Boot Camp is a one-day training camp whose idea is to provide practical teaching of basic urological procedures. The course is dedicated to residents of the first years of specialization. An important assumption of the training is to work with a tutor in the “one by one” convention. One tutor dedicated to one student. The number of participants is limited to 16 students at a time, which translates into the presence of 16 tutors and 16 stations with 16 trainers. Each station is prepared for learning one type of procedure, e.g.: phimosis surgery, cystoscopy, TURBT, TURP, URS, RIRS, laparoscopy, etc. Each tutor is assigned to one station, each course participant completes all the stations, performing all the prepared ones independently under the supervision of the tutor. treatments

Training participants receive an EAU certificate confirming that they have passed the basic practical course in urology.
